He has almost 10 years of working experience in different capacities including more than 8 years direct experience with Urban, retail and real estate development sector. At the initial stage of his carrier, he had been involved in the Real estate development project named Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd, spanning over an area of 8000 kanals, comprising of mix-use developments including residential, commercial and public buildings on Burki road, Lahore, near Allama Iqbal International Airport. Under this project he got a chance to fully explore his professional capabilities and had direct experience to handle the issues regarding the development and growth of real estate housing projects and provision of affordable housing. The core objective of his academic and professional career form the beginning is to contribute in the urban development and provision of affordable housing to the inhabitants of cities with the advance urban infrastructure, facilitating and supporting in all terms.

In 2015, for one of the renowned private real estate developer, he had lead a company to participate in a competitive bidding process of “Ashiana e Iqbal” - First flagship Affordable Housing Project of Government of the Punjab on Public Private Partnership mode” and lead the way of that Developer to a successful bidder with most attractive offer, subsequently leading to award of project. 

Working for the first Public Private Partnership (PPP) project of affordable housing is an extraordinary experience for him and under this project he had an experience of coordination with various government departments/authorities and officials, which made him well aware of the challenges, concerns and apprehensions of both government and private sector.

This project magnified his interest in provision of affordable housing especially on Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Joint Ventures (JV), which later encouraged him to translate his professional practical experience into Thesis Research work of Master of Architecture, and was awarded with distinction in his research under the topic “Affordable Housing And Urban Development - Policies, Guidelines and Recommendations for Government”.
