JOINT VENTURE PROJECT

It’s a Joint Venture project of a company with the land owner, who owns 350 kanals of land in his name on old Murree road, Chattar park, Islamabad.

The land owner gets the market value of the land and additionally shares in the project, while the company conceived the project, designed, marketed, generated sales, developed the scheme and paid the land value and profit to the land owner.
